We stayed at Platte NE over night after our 10 hours drive. During our last hour ride, noticed our van was making some grinding sound. We googled for car maintenance and Modern Tire Pros was still open and just 3 minutes from our hotel. We pulled up and right away a gentleman named Rueben came and helped us. The problem with our van was loose lug nuts on our tires. Rueben was professional, friendly and excellent service in helping our situation. Not only with the excellent service, he didn’t charge us for fixing the problem. He and the owner knew that we had 10 more hours to drive next day, they suggested to stop by in morning to double check the bolts before we head back on the road. Huge THANK YOU and gratitude to Rueben for his professional, friendly and excellent service.
The young lady who does your alignments, did an excellent job. Very thankful and would recommend to anyone who’s in need of an alignment. Great price. When they say $99.99 they mean $99.99.
Great service, support staff is awesome. Last minute repair before a out of town trip was taken care of right away.
We were traveling through and blew a tire on our trailer. Called Modern Tire Pros with less than an hour left before closing and they were able to get us in right away. Very friendly staff over the phone and in person. They got the new tire on the trailer in minutes and even checked the rest of our tire pressures. We were surprised and beyond grateful for how fast and hard they worked. Thanks for making our rocky situation a little smoother.
